We offer this sweet old "Weyman Keystone State" Model 225 banjo-ukulele made by the Weyman company of Philadelphia, PA back in the 1920s. It features a Maple neck with dark wood heel cap and dark wood headstock overlay and a Maple pot with 12 brackets and Weyman's patented action/neck angle adjustment system. The original skin head appears in good condition but darkened somewhat with age and use. The neck is straight and the action is easy and the tone is very sweet. The instrument overall is in very good vintage condition with the minor marks and tarnish as would be expected of one of these old beauties but all-in-all this instrument is remarkably well preserved and ready for its next player.
