This venerable baritone ukulele from the 1950s exudes a great vintage look and feel. It features white body bindings, alternating dot and block fingerboard inlays, vintage sunburst finish and classic "Vega" headstock logo. The neck is straight and the action comfortable and it's tone is clear and warm. There are plenty if nicks and scratches and there is a repaired top crack and two repaired back cracks. Some glue work has also been done to the bindings. But the instrument remains attractive and all is nicely stable and ready for its next player. Currently strung with a high "D" string. Added bonus: comes with its original grey chip case in good condition.
