Here at Main Street Music, we love "M" sized Martin guitars, so we had their custom shop build one to our specs. Made from an Alaskan Cedar top paired with ancient Sinker Mahogany back and sides, this guitar exudes a full and warm resonance - sweet with plenty of volume and sustain and an evenness across the register. Sinker Mahogany is sourced from the bottom of waterways in Central America and has a special visual and tonal character. Just for looks, we added tortoise binding, a MOP rosette and descending MOP "Martin" headstock inlay. Other specs include Ebony fingerboard and bridge, scalloped bracing, satin neck for easy movement, 25.4" scale length and 1 -3/4" nut width. This is a one-of-a-kind instrument that is likely to become an heirloom guitar. Comes with hard case.
