Here for sale is a Kalamazoo Mandolin made by Gibson in Michigan. Back in the day these were beginner mandolins for the aspiring player, But in recent years have become very sought after by collectors and Celtic music players alike. These mandolins were never fancy like the Gibson branded one's but somehow had a sound all there own that was warm and punchy and the same time. This one is no exception and remains in great condition with no structural cracks just some finish crazing and dings very common from these of this era. This instrument has been recently set up and plays very good for any style. Comes with brown chipboard case in serviceable condition.
