This is a really lovely guitar-banjo - sometimes called "banjitar" - from back in the day.  We see no markings but by the construction and inlay, there is a good chance this was built by one of the greta makers such as Rettberg & Lange.  The instrument is in very good vintage condition with a nicely clean skin head with plenty of tension, dark Ebony fingerboard with lovely MOP inlays, 24 brackets, patented adjustable tailpiece, Maple pot with dark wood cap and a slotted headstock with decorative inlay.  The action is appropriate and comfortable and the tone is clear and pleasing.  One of the nicest vintage 6-strings we've seen.  Comes with hard case.
