Here for sale is a beautifully preserved Fairbanks/Vega Style R Tenor Banjo. This example is the much desired 12 inch pot with 30 brackets and famous "Whyte Laydie" tone ring. The instrument appears all original with the exception of the newer white Remo head. It is in very good playing condition with low comfortable action, rich tone and plenty of life left in the frets, This really is a great example from this era. Even the metal parts have retained a good deal of luster. Comes with newer Gold tone branded gig bag.
