This is one of Deering's most premium banjos. From the 20-hole bell-bronze tone ring to the dark Ebony fingerboard to the exquisite MOP inlays, this banjo oozes quality and craftsmanship wherever you look. Other features include quarter-sawn English Walnut neck, 3-ply violin-grade Maple pot with Ebony cap and brass notched tension hoop. The instrument is in very good to near mint condition showing only some slight tarnish to metal parts and some mild play marks on the head, all as would be expected in a mildly played instrument of 8 years. The neck is straight and the action is comfortable and the tone rings clear and true. Comes with its origiinal Deering/Vega case also in top condition.
