Given the "Baldwin" headstock logo, this is likely one of the earlier banjos made by Baldwin after they acquired Ome banjos from Chuck Ogsbury in 1966. Features include Rosewood neck and headstock overlay, classic Ome Aluminum cast pot with arch-top raised head design and white neck binding. These Ogsbury designed instruments are known for quality, durability and clear tone. This instrument is in very good playing condition with a straight neck and comfortable action. Cosmetic items include some scratches in the headstock and a hairline crack at the heel cap, but otherwise, the bano shows very little wear for its 55+ years. Comes with Hard case.
