Offered for sale is a top-quality hand-build Richelieu "Whyte Ladie" Tenor Banjo in excellent condition.  This banjo was definitely made for the discriminating player.  It Looks, sounds and feels wonderful and is made from the highest quality materials including flamed Maple resonator and neck, dark Ebony fingerboard and headstock plate, Inlaid pearl "R" headstock emblem, fingerboard dots and "Richelieu" block inlay at the 19th fret.  The pot is Maple with 24 Brackets, metal armrest and Kershner tailpiece.  Inside the pot, you will find double metal dowel sticks for great adjustability and stability and Richelieu's Lyte Ladie (Whyte Layie style) tone ring.  The neck profile is wonderfully round thin and comfortable, tapering to a 1 3/16" nut.  The banjo has great action and playability.  It is truly a great hand-made instrument at a very reasonable cost.

Comes with its original hard shell case with Richelieu metal emblem.
