Weber Aspen #1 Mandola (2005) SN. 515110
Here for sale is a lovely made Weber Aspen #1 Mandola in good/fair condition. The reason we state that it is in such condition is because a previous owner has applied a new varnish and stain to the instrument's top. There is also a very small hole/scrape in the top that has been nicely repaired. The Weber Company has gone through a lot of changes in its line of instrument first started by master Montana luthier and founder Bruce Weber. They have really made a name for themselves not only in the bluegrass world but in the early Celtic inspired instruments such as this one. That all being said, Bruce is now retired and does not Build current models. So this makes this one very special and a great value. Built in 2005 in Logan Montana, this instrument is signed by Bruce Weber. This Mandola has had time to smoothly work into its beautiful aged tone. It plays easily and sounds great. It comes with Weber's original grey hard shell branded case. All in all, this is a great instrument for any player looking for a hand-built high-quality Mandola to add to the arsenal.
