We offer this unusual Richter parlor guitar made in Chicago around 1935 with hand painted tiger stripe style flaming on the front back and sides. We don't know the woods but they used a lot of Birch back them. All we know is that it has a nice clear tone and it has been recently set up for comfortable playing with good action and a straight neck. There are the usual small dings and marks from age and a small area of pick scratching near the sound hole (see photos) and a larger scratch on the back (see photos) and a bit of typical body shrinkage where it meets the sides as many of these older parlors have, but all appears solid and ready to be played.
Comes with old chipboard case in servicable condition.
