Martin 0-18 (1926)
Here for sale is a Vintage Martin 0-18 from 1926. This was the first year they braced for steel strings. This guitar was originally a bard find that was brought back to life into spectacular condition at the Martin factory where they professionally repaired several smalltop cracks, installed a lovely period pyramid bridge, replaced the tuners with new vintage style tuning machines and did a beautiful thin lacquer refinish that preserved the lovely pre-war tone. The 0-18 features a solid Spruce top and solid Mahogany back and sides, beautiful dark Ebony fingerboard and bridge and a classic slotted headstock with the Martin logo on the back as was done in those days. The neck is straight and there is no sign of warping. The neck profile is extremely comfortablele and the action is easy and low with room for more adjustment if needed. They don't come nicer than this. Comes with modern hardshell case.
