1960s Bacon Long-neck Tortoise
This is a classic 1960s folk era Bacon long-eck featuring a Brownish tortoise colored "Bacolite" covered pot of ply-Maple, Rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays plus some additional wooden after-market inlay. It has 24 brackets, new tailpiece, new Waverly planetary tuners and black plastic covered headstock with silver "Folk Model" plaque. It is in good condition with playable action and nice long-neck tone. The original plastic head has the dirt and playing marks expected of an instrument of this vintage but for us, that's just character.
