The instrument is made from the finest aged woods of Spruce and Flamed Maple and clear dark Ebony for the fingerboard. Despite his unique style, R.J. Storm stays true to the classic Italian school of violin construction in the the block work, rib work, linings and the triangulation of the ribs into the blocks for superior strength and tone.
