Classic Silvertone banjo with wooden pot, 16 brackets and a removable resonator that allows the instrument to be played as an open back. This banjo is in very good condition with relatively few marks or dings and the lovely wood grain on the sunburst finish resonator back remains very attractive. The neck is straight and the action is comfortable. Nice plunky old tone too! We don't know whose signature is on the head, but w can remove it if desired. These old Silvertones don't come much better than this one.
Comes with its black chipboard case.
